We decided to visit after looking at visitseaquest.com, and I thought it was going to be a fun, easy day out. I was excited to see the animals, but looking back, I kind of regret spending the money on it.
The animals were definitely the best part, and some of them were really cool to see up close. But the place itself felt run down. A few tanks looked cloudy, some parts of the floor were sticky, and there were areas with a strong smell that was hard to ignore. The bathrooms also looked like they needed a lot more attention.
The staff we talked to were nice enough, so I don’t want to blame them, but the lack of upkeep really took away from the whole experience. For what we paid, I expected it to feel cleaner and better maintained. I left wishing we had picked somewhere else.
"Customer service felt unresponsive"
I reached out to customer service and just never heard anything back. the silence came across as careless, and it left me with a bad impression.

"Fun, but I’m not sure they’re managing the crowds well"
We went on a Saturday, it was way more packed than I expected. The kids did have fun seeing the animals, so it wasn’t a total miss, but getting around was slow and a few spots felt uncomfortably cramped.
The waits for some of the interactions were long too, which made me wonder if they’re letting in more people than they can really handle. It was still a decent visit, but I left feeling like the crowd control could definitely be better.
"Pretty Good Birthday Party Spot"
We had my son's birthday party here and it was a lot of fun. the kids were super into feeding the animals and had a great time. It did get a little busy and Loud at times, but the staff was really helpful and kept things moving.

"Worth it for a fun day with the kids"
Took the kids to SeaQuest it ended up being a really good day out for the price. The tickets weren’t insanely expensive, which is always a win when you’re bringing kids, and we stayed longer than I thought we would. They were super into feeding the animals (probably the highlight of the whole visit), and the staff was friendly whenever we had questions. A few spots got crowded, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, we had a fun time and I’d definitely go again.
"Animal encounters felt rushed and poorly explained"
I was really looking forward to the animal encounter, but it ended up feeling rushed, especially for what we paid. A few of the animals seemed a bit stressed, which made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. What annoyed me most was the lack of clear communication, it wasn’t really explained how short the encounter would be or what to expect, so we left feeling a little disappointed.

"Pretty disappointing for a family day out"
We took the kids here hoping for a fun family day, but we left feeling let down. The place was really crowded, and a few areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned up in a while. The staff seemed worn out too, like every question was a hassle, which kind of added to the whole tired vibe of the visit. For what we paid, I expected a lot more. Some of the animals were hard to see, and we ended up getting through everything way faster than expected. The kids lost interest quickly, which surprised me. I don’t think we’d go back

"Way Easier Parking Than I Expected"
I was expecting parking to be a bit of a headache, but it ended up being really easy. I found a spot close by quickly, and getting in and out didn’t take long at all. It was a small thing, but it definitely made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful.

"Felt bad for the animals"
I left feeling kind of sad. The animals just didn’t seem like they were being looked after very well and it made the whole visit hard to enjoy.

"The kids had a really good..."
The kids had a really good time and definitely enjoyed themselves. The staff were friendly and pleasant, which I appreciated, but I did feel like a few areas weren’t being watched quite as closely as they should’ve been. Nothing major happened, thankfully, but I would’ve felt more comfortable if the safety rules were checked and enforced a bit more often. Overall, it was a fun experience, just with a little room for improvement on supervision.

"The animals are fun and my kid liked..."
The animals are fun and my kid liked looking at them, but I didn’t feel like there was much actual learning happening. What confused me more was that the email made it sound like it would be more educational, but the experience itself felt more like just playing around with cute animals.

"Not worth it if you're expecting lots of animals"
Just a heads up, if you're going expecting a big variety of animals, you might be disappointed. We mostly ended up seeing the same few exhibits, and after a while it felt boring. For the price, I expected a lot more

It’s a good deal if you actually go often enough. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing or anything, but for the price, it makes sense if you use it regularly.

I used visitseaquest.com to look up the hours and ticket info, and it was mostly straightforward. I think the layout is clear enough, and I didn’t have to click around too much to find what I needed. It also looked fine on my phone, which was nice. A few pages did feel kind of busy to me, and some of the buttons maybe could stand out a little more, but overall it worked okay. Not perfect, but good enough for what I needed.

The place itself was fine, but the staff didn’t come across very friendly. Every time we asked a simple question, it felt like we were bothering them, which got annoying fast. We had to put in more effort than we should’ve just to get basic info, and that kind of took the fun out of the visit. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as enjoyable as it could’ve been.

"Fees made the tickets feel too expensive"
I was looking at tickets on visitseaquest.com and the price seemed reasonable at first, but once I got further into checkout the added fees made it jump more than I expected. I was planning to take my sister and her kids, so seeing the total change like that was a little frustrating.
I get that fees are common now, but when you’re buying for a family, it adds up really fast. I just wish the full price had been shown earlier instead of near the end. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not a very smooth one

"Staff genuinely knew what they were doing"
I asked a bunch of questions and the staff answered everything without hesitation. it’s nice to deal with people who actually know their job and don’t just make things up to get you out the door. That kind of honesty and competence really matters.

"I walked in and everything looked really clean..."
I walked in and everything looked really clean and fresh, which I appreciated right away. Like, the place just felt well taken care of. Then suddenly I was like, okay wow, this is nicer than I expected. Definitely a good first impression.
